black house

The beautiful architecture of this home has been reflected in a clean and contemporary planting palette.

The immediate surroundings of the ‘Black House’ have been intentionally softened through the introduction of key features: a bespoke, linear water feature, stretching along the side of the house – providing a focal point, and its dark surface mirroring the home's striking black cladding. Floating steps, seemingly suspended above the ground, offer an elegant and minimalist pathway through the grounds, their sleek design echoing the architectural lines. Strategically placed, rounded topiary introduces refined structure and a touch of playful contrast to the sharp angles of the building.
